CloudWatch Database Insights metrics cannot display the minimum granularity of seconds

What is CloudWatch Database Insights?

This is CloudWatch's integrated database monitoring feature, which is the successor to RDS Performance Insights, and has almost the same functionality as Performance Insights.

The data itself is collected on a second-by-second basis.

The Performance Insights database load documentation clearly states that DB load is collected every second, as shown below:

I couldn't find any mention in the Database Insights documentation that it collects data every second, but when I contacted support,Database Insights also captures DB load values ​​every second.I received the following answer.

There are about four months left until Performance Insights is discontinued, but it would be great if we could see the number of seconds in Database Insights by then...!
