SRG is working to improve the reliability of over 100 services and systems, including Ameba, AWA, CL, WinTicket, and internal infrastructure services. In recent years, SRG has commercialized its SRE support, and is also working on SRE support for the Game Business (SGE) and AI Business Headquarters services. (Some SRE support is also provided outside the company.)
