SRG is working to improve the reliability of over 100 services and systems, including Ameba, AWA, CL, WinTicket, and internal infrastructure services. In recent years, SRG has commercialized its SRE support, and is also working on SRE support for services in the Game Business (SGE) and AI Business Headquarters. (Some SRE support is also provided to external parties.)

At SRG, we have implemented a project system where we communicate with each service team on a quarterly or semi-annual basis to decide on a project.
