About SRG

SRG is working to improve the reliability of over 100 services and systems, including Ameba, AWA, CL, WinTicket, and internal infrastructure services. In recent years, SRG has commercialized its SRE support services and is also working to provide SRE support to services in its game business (SGE) and AI business division. (Some external SRE support is also provided.)

Service Reliability Group (SRG)This organization operates under the mission of "improving the reliability of the CyberAgent Group 'cross-functionally'," and as a cross-functional SRE, it promotes the introduction of SRE across the media business and the CyberAgent Group, and works to improve reliability.

  • Achieving an organizational structure that can reproducibly ensure the reliability of key products and achieve commitment to highly challenging missions across business units.
  • Building a system for circulating SRE practices within the CA group.

How to interact with each product

At SRG, we use a project-based system, where we discuss and decide what to do with each service team every quarter or semi-annually.
